While cooking we need ginger garlic paste for almost all the dishes, especially for non-veg dishes. Eash time preparing it correctly takes time and effort. If we can prepare and keep it in the refrigerator it can save us time while cooking. This can be stored for more than 6 months without getting spoiled. Only 3 ingredients are required to add in the paste as preservatives, that too from our kitchen itself. Obviously, the homemade ones are far better than the store-bought items.
